Prior to the launch of RevZilla's latest site, there was a serious need to address the growing mobile traffic RevZilla.com was experiencing. Not prepared for a fully responsive site, leadership chose to design and build a mobile-only site that would be delivered to mobile devices. Starting with competitive analysis, and moving through light wireframes to final PSDs for our tech team, I created a mobile experience that echoed the desktop experience. Just prior to replatforming, RevZilla's 1.0 mobile site design was performing incredibly well, even outperforming the desktop version on certain metrics.
